Job Overview
The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying new CMSME clients, managing customer relationships, preparing credit proposals, and achieving business targets related to SME assets and liabilities. The role requires strong business development skills, credit assessment expertise, and relationship management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new CMSME customers, particularly in the Small and Medium Enterprise segment.
Prepare credit proposals and complete all required documentation.
Achieve asset and liability business targets assigned by the Supervisor or Head of SME Banking.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with SME customers.
Monitor loan portfolios and ensure credit quality standards are maintained.
Conduct field visits to verify business operations, financial performance, collateral security, and documentation.
Assist in budgeting, cost management, resource planning, and regulatory reporting.
Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as directed by management.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Honors Degree from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
7 to 14 years of experience in the banking industry.
Experience working in SME Asset and Liability operations at a commercial bank will be given preference.
Experience in CMSME Banking and SME Business Development is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements
Maximum age limit: 45 years.
Professional certification in CMSME Banking will be considered an added advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Requirements may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates.
