Position Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing corporate client relationships, analyzing business performance, developing account strategies, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Analyze customer businesses and provide tailored financial solutions.
Achieve assigned business and portfolio growth targets.
Develop account strategies aligned with business objectives.
Expand the customer base through marketing and business development initiatives.
Promote cross-selling opportunities among existing customers.
Monitor credit quality and ensure timely customer reviews.
Prepare early warning reports in accordance with bank policies.
Conduct regular client and project visits to assess business performance.
Maintain accurate facility risk grading and identify potential risks promptly.
Coordinate with Credit Risk Management (CRM) regarding adverse business trends.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit recommendations.
Train and mentor Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) and Relationship Officers (ROs).
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Honors Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 years and maximum 10 years of relevant banking experience.
Experience in the banking sector is mandatory.
Candidates currently working in centralized banking operations will receive preference.
Additional Requirements
Age between 38 and 45 years.
